VOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY

C. DEBTS AND CREDITORS. PART 3 OF 5.

DEBTS YOU HAVE TO PAY AFTER YOUR BANKRUPTCY ENDS.

Although you are released from most debts at the end of your bankruptcy, there are others you may still be required to pay. For example, after bankruptcy you will remain liable for:
-debts incurred by fraud.
-maintenance debts, including child support.
-accumulated higher education contribution schemes and higher education loan programs debts.

  2. Repaying the liable debt's over the bankruptcy period is the right way. eg. child support, HEC fees, etc.
Obtaining a financial professional would help a person learn to budget and prepare for the future. Hopefully then a person would acquirer better skills with financial planning with professional guidance.
