Don't be flippant about loosing your assets.
When you have brought up your family in that house, played cricket in the backyard. Then you see the words mortgagee auction on the front lawn.
When you see your business with large chains and big locks on the doors and gates.
When you see your trucks unceremoniously taken by tow truck out the gates.
DON"T tell me ASSETS aren't important.
